Refund/ Retum Policy
At TripWears, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a simple and fair return process.
Return Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exclusions may apply for final sale items, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Email us at tripwears@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package back to us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within the 30-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tripwears@outlook.com. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
